Submitting an RFE response

Open a response job from the matter that received the RFE. Upload the USCIS notice as an exhibit and add any new evidence since the first filing.

RFE response jobs use a separate monthly quota from full draft jobs (Pro includes 5 response jobs per month).

Include your draft response exhibits and keep labels consistent with the original matter when you can. That helps verification tie new material back to earlier sections.
