Application types we support

Today's production templates focus on narrative-heavy Canadian work: labour market impact assessments and refugee claims, both of which depend on long-form argument grounded in exhibits rather than checkbox forms. Express Entry and PNP filings, which are largely structured-form driven rather than narrative, are on the v2 roadmap rather than available today.

Each type below runs the same verified pipeline as the US types, with bilingual exhibit handling where the matter needs it: PII tokenization, evidence normalization (translate to the matter's working language, or preserve the certified original, exhibit by exhibit), extraction, drafting, citation verification, and redraft. LMIA and refugee claims are treated as the same underlying job architecture even though the templates differ, since both are long-form narrative built from labeled evidence rather than checkboxes.

LMIA matters draft the employer's case for labour market impact and genuine need, grounded in the job offer, recruitment record, and wage evidence you upload as exhibits, the same evidence-first approach the US employment-based narratives use. SUV (start-up visa) support letters follow a comparable structure for the designated-organization letter that anchors that application.

RFR response jobs are Pro and Enterprise only, the Canadian equivalent of the US RFE response job: upload the IRCC notice, and the response is organized around the specific points it raised rather than a restatement of the original application.

If your firm needs Express Entry or PNP support scoped for an upcoming matter, raise it directly. Those programs are point-based and document-checklist driven rather than narrative-driven, which is a different kind of template work than LMIA and refugee claims need, and it has not been built yet.

Refugee (BOC) matters draft the Basis of Claim narrative from the exhibits and intake facts you provide, the same tokenize-extract-draft-verify path as every other type here, with the added sensitivity that protection-based claims often involve country-condition evidence and personal history that benefits the most from PII tokenization running before any of it reaches a drafting model.
